1. All printing and numbering on passes shall be done using sun-resistant inks that will remain in good legible condition for a period of ONE (1) year after permit has been in use on vehicle.

2. Boxes on samples under “issued to” should have the names in the excel list preprinted on the pass for the indicate areas of pass requiring 69 passes (one per line - print in the current order). The remaining 131 should be blanks for use as replacements/new passes using a Sharpie Permanent Marker. Ink in this area shall not smear.

3. The area marked “holofoil placeholder” will require a holofoil of a bus silhouette.

4. The area marked “UH seal placeholder” will require a printed image of the UH seal. Image to be provided upon award of contract.

5. Passes will be consecutively numbered on the front of the pass in the area with “0001”.

6. Barcode 39 should be used under the pass number and shall have a prefix of “27F02” and the unique permit number on the front of the pass (no spaces in string).
