Project Description:
One (1) refrigerated automatic water sampler, suitable for outdoor deployment and collection of time or flow paced samples from wastewater or surface water. Item must be bid in whole, and not in part.

Specifications:
(1) Weather resistant, lockable enclosure designed for continuous outdoor operation in humid and coastal environments.

(2) Integrated refrigeration system capable of maintaining collected samples at a controlled temperature (typically 4aEUR-AdegC) during multi day sampling events.

(3) Capacity for at least twenty four (24) discrete sample bottles, with support for composite or sequential sampling programs.

(4) Programmable controller allowing user defined sampling intervals, flow proportional sampling, event triggered sampling, and customizable routines.

(5) Compatible with standard suction line sampling, including automatic purge cycles and rinse sequences.

(6) Supplied with all necessary accessories, including but not limited to:
- Inlet strainer suitable for wastewater applications
- Tubing and tubing couplers/adapters
- Bottle set appropriate for the specified capacity

(7) Power requirements suitable for standard U.S. electrical service.

Special Instructions
General Requirements:

(1) All freight, tariff, shipping, handling charges, taxes and fees must be included in the quotation.

(2) Delivery must be scheduled and made to: 2540 Dole Street, Holmes Hall 286B Honolulu, HI 96822. Location is accessible by freight elevator.

(3) Installation, software, operation manual, and warranty documentation provided by vendor.

(4) Awarded/named vendor shall be responsible for meeting all requirements necessary for the University to obtain a \"Certificate of Vendor Compliance.\" Vendor\'s status is compliant the requirements of 103D-310(c), HRS. Vendor must attach Certificate of Vendor Compliance at the time of the award. If vendor is not compliant when bid is awarded, vendor will be disqualified. (5) Payment will be via University Purchase Order, see attached Terms & Conditions.
