Project Description: The State of Hawaii’s Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) is seeking bids for the installation of temporary fencing at Pālamanui to address damage occurring to the native forest area from goats and other ungulates. The fencing is proposed for an area of about 20.7 acres to protect a wiliwili (Erythrina sandwicensis) habitat preserve and support restoration efforts.
