Project Description: The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW), Forestry Program, requests proposals for the planning, preparation, planting, and maintenance of a reforestation project on the Mauna Kea Forest Reserve on Hawaii Island, in an area known as Pu’u Mali. Final awards are subject to the availability of funds and State budget restrictions and procedures.
