Must be a floor-model 40 qt mixers with these features:

▪︎ 40-quart (≈38 L) bowl (stainless steel) with safety bowl guard included.
▪︎ Floor model with gear-driven mix action and planetary motion for thorough mixing.
▪︎ #12 attachment hub on many models – allows optional grater/slicer/meat grinder accessories.

▪︎ Motor power: 1.5 HP - 3 HP for heavy-duty bread mixing.
▪︎ Electrical power: 200-240 volts, 3-phase
▪︎ Speeds: 3-speed or 4-speed fixed (NO variable speed models will be considered).
▪︎ Timer: Many have built-in 60-min timers and safety interlocks.

Vendors must attach a Certificate of Compliance to their bid listing them as COMPLIANT
through the issuance of the purchase order, or the bid will be void.
All substitutions must be approved in advance (2 days before the closing date). We reserve
the right to determine equivalency. Accepted equivalent items will be shared as an
addendum to this request.

Bidders must provide quotations on ALL items to be considered for award. The award will go
to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror on the total aggregate quotation.
Please include product specifications and supporting documentation with your quote
to verify compliance with the requested requirements.
Quotations shall include all charges and applicable taxes, i.e., material/non-material
costs, foreign taxes, transportation, vehicle costs, air freight, shipping, supply costs,
mobilization costs, insurance premiums, warranty costs, overhead costs, expediting fees,
taxes (Federal and State).
Quantity subject to change based on funding.
The quote must be valid for 90 days.
Delivery 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
