To make things fair for all Bidders, please bid on the original scope of work as stated in the IFB 113869. If the awarded Bidder sees any issues during the removal and installation project, please contact the HIMB Technical Representative, as we will consider other options. If changes are needed, we will issue an Amendment and a PO Change Order for the already executed Purchase Order (PO).
