Project Description: Provide one-time maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment located at the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s Hale’olelo Building (Bldg. 355) per the attached Technical Specifications. The quotation shall include all material and non-material costs, labor, travel and transportation, supply, tools, parts, equipment, and all applicable fees and taxes (Federal and State) necessary to complete all work as specified in the attached Technical Specifications.

3. Offerors may visit the project location on any workday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Contact Daryl Masanda to arrange a site visit (808) 932-8814. There is no charge for parking.

4. To be eligible for award, vendor must be HCE (Hawaii Compliance Express) compliant. See attached Technical Specifications for detailed information and instructions.

5. The quotation shall include all material and non-material costs, labor, travel and transportation, supply, tools, parts, equipment, and all applicable fees and taxes (Federal and State) necessary to complete all work as specified in the Technical Specifications.

6. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all work shall be completed no later than sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the purchase order date.
