INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, & DISPOSAL:
Remove, replace, and disposal of the existing ice machine.
Furnish labor and material to supply, replace, and install new Ice Machine.
Remove old ice machine to provide space for installation of new equipment.
Install Ice maker properly atop the new ice bin.
Electrical work to the ice machine will be fastened to secure electrical conduit to it
proper connection by placing wires to the appropriate terminals.
Water connections will be fastened and checked for any water leaks.
Unit will be started and charged with refrigerant and checked for proper operation.
Vendor is responsible for all work to furnish in its entirety to all new equipment to be
installed properly. This includes all labor, additional parts, and required utility work.

Special Instructions
Quote must include tax, freight, delivery, installation, materials, tools equipment, labor, insurance, and removal of old equipment and disposal.
Quote must be valid for a minimum of 90 days.
Contractor is responsible for all equipment installation, movement and required
permitting and utility work required to furnish in its entirety all new and existing
equipment.
Prior to submitting a quotation, each offeror is required to do a site visit and examine the existing conditions of same and be aware or satisfied as to the character and amount of work to be performed as called for by the RQF specifications. No additional allowance
will be granted because of lack of knowledge of such condition.
Alternate or equivalent equipment offered with quotations will only be considered if the
equipment offered meets the minimum specifications as listed Description of
Equipment and approved by the buyer prior to bidding.
Using pre-existing waterline and electrical.
Under HRS 103D-31c, vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to submit a copy
of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express
(https://vendors.ehawaii/gov/hce/splash.welcome.html) and Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Offering vendors are required to have a service representative located on the Island of Oahu. Local same-day service and parts availability required. Vendor MUST include contact information for service representative at time of bidding. Include Contact person, Company Name, Address, Phone number, and E-mail address for review. Bids from vendors without service representatives located on the Island of Oahu will be rejected.
