1) Quoted prices must include all applicable taxes, handling, and shipping fees. We will not be able to pay any charges not listed on the quote.

5) Substitutions must be approved prior to submitting the bid.

6) Vendor with winning bid over $2,500 must show proof of current Hawaii Certificate of Tax Compliance before Purchase order can be awarded.

If the successful Offeror does not submit the certifications by the date and time specified in the University’s written notification, the successful Offeror’s proposal may be rejected. Thereafter, the University reserves the right to consider other offers received for award.
