Project Description: Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to obtain all required project permits including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit, demolition work, new concrete abutments, installation of four (4) pre-fabricated piers, and appurtenant work at Maalaea Small Boat Harbor, Maalaea, Maui, Hawaii all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Technical Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.

The reason for this addendum is to reschedule the pre-bid meeting, extend the deadline for submission of questions, and extend the deadline for submission of bids. The pre-bid meeting will be held via Zoom at 10:00am on March 12, 2026, see updated Zoom link. The deadline for submission of questions is extended to March 18, 2026 at 4:00pm. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended to March 27, 2026 at 2:00pm.
