Project Description: This project includes the repair and replacement of a rotten wrap-around porch and the construction of a new ADA-compliant handicap ramp serving a commercial office trailer. The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in a professional, code-compliant, and weather-resistant manner. Upon completion of construction, the porch and ramp shall be fully painted.
