Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to: removal of existing clay tile roofing, lead flashing, copper gutter/downspouts gooseneck vents and flashing, removal of existing water damaged acoustic and drywall ceiling, repair/replacement of existing wood roof eave decking and rafters, installation of new roof sheathing and framing, rigid roof insulation, clay tile roofing system, lead flashing, copper gutter gooseneck vents and flashing, PVC down spouts, PVC single ply roofing, DEFS on glass mat gypsum sheathing, replacement of water damaged drywall and acoustic ceiling panels, painting, removal of existing power roof vents and light fixtures, as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
