Project Description:
52 weekly cleaning services-please see scope of work for details.
Dishwashing Room, produce room, 2 wet kitchens, 2 dry kitchens, 1 specialty kitchen storage area, 2 packaging rooms and HPP Room:
Clean and sanitize walls and backsplashes in all areas from ceiling to floor including corners
Clean and sanitize all refrigerators interior and exterior
Clean and sanitize all countertops top and bottom (must move all equipment to clean)
Clean and sanitize all tables top and bottom (must move all equipment to clean)
Clean and sanitize all stove tops
Clean and sanitize interior and exterior surfaces of all kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize all doors
Clean and sanitize interior window sills
Clean and sanitize all windows
Clean and sanitize handwashing sinks
Clean and sanitize all trash receptacles
Clean and sanitize sink drains
Clean and sanitize floor drains
Clean and sanitize dishwashing room non-slip floor mats
Clean and sanitize roll up doors

3 walkin refrigerators (2 in food storage room and 1 in receiving)
Clean and sanitize floors of walk-in refrigerators
Clean and sanitize walls from ceiling to floor
Clean and sanitize all shelves
Clean ceilings and vents
Clean and sanitize exterior surfaces of walk-in refrigerators
Clean and sanitize interiors and exterior surfaces of freezers

12 Clean and Sanitize all food processing equipment per WVAPDC SSOPs (to be established) Clean and Sanitize light fixture, vents and ceilings

4 Degrease, Clean and Sanitize hoods (interior, exterior surfaces including vents)
Fryer cleaning
Oven cleaning
Clean and Sanitize packaging equipment per WVAPDC SSOPs (to be established)


Special Instructions
1. Start of service to begin within 2 weeks of receipt order.

2. Length of service contract: one (1) year.

3. ALL bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk-through on 2/04/26 from 8amam-9am. Please email Roden Tauyan (rtauyan@hawaii.edu) if you plan to attend.

4. Vendors must have experience cleaning commercial kitchens and/or other food processing facilities. Please indicate prior experience on bid.

5. Restricted chemicals are not permitted for use on campus.

6. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 9:00pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. We request that work be completed outside of these hours. Preferred cleaning times 5am to 9:30am Monday-Friday. Subject to adjustment with prior approval. Please contact Roden Tauyan(rtauyan@hawaii.edu) for approval.

7. Quote must include all applicable charges.

8. Exact service date and time of all services must be scheduled at a minimum of one(1)week in advance

VENDOR COMPLIANCE:
Vendor must be Vendor Compliant per the Hawaii Compliance Express website at https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/
- Vendor must present certificate of compliance at time of award or bid will be void.
- Must comply with the UH Purchase Order Terms and Condition(see attached)
- Award(s) will be made to the most qualified bid.
- Quote price must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
- Price quotation must include all applicable taxes, freight, delivery, assembly and handling charges.
- Approved equivalent and substitutions accepted, we reserve the right to determine equivalency.
- Vendor must be able to provide Certificate of Insurance with $1,000,000 minimum coverage at time of Purchase Order acceptance.
