Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to reroofing and painting of exterior and interior of the buildings, HVAC, ADA renovations for the restrooms, painting of doors and new flooring for Building 3321 auto body as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. All work related to Building 3323 machine, welding & industrial mechanical technology, shall be included in Additive Bid Item No. 1.
