Project Description: All labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the CARES - Lalamilo Site Improvements 2026 project in accordance with the attached documents.

Special Instructions
1. All offerors shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.

2. Attached to this RFQ are the following documents:

a. Mandatory Terms and Conditions which includes the Notice to Offerors, Quotation Information, Special Provisions, and General Provisions.

b. Drawings and Technical Specifications.

3. A site inspection will be held, and will be only opportunity to review the areas of work, refer to attached Notice to Offerors.

4. In the event that the offeror is awarded this RFQ and its remittance address differs from the offeror\'s order address, indicate the remittance address on the Note to Buyer.

5. Offer pricing shall be held for minimum 90 days.

6. Offeror to submit the following upon receipt of Superquote Award notice:
-Verfication of DCCA licensing
-W-9
-Hawaii Compliance Express “Certificate of Vendor Compliance”
-Certificate of Insurance and any other insurance requirement
-Listing of Joint Contractor and/or Subcontractors OPRPM Form 54
-Certification of Compliance with HRS 396-18, Safety and Health Programs (for proposals in excess of $100,000)
(Documents shall be scanned and emailed to TRPO as a pdf file)
Failure to submit these documents to the TRPO within 7 days of award notification sent by TRPO to awarded Offeror will result, at TRPO option, in selection of next lowest bidder.

7. Expected notice to proceed is tentative for March 2, 2026. All work shall be completed no later than March 31, 2026 or as agreed upon in writing with the University. The contract duration can be extended due to material availability with written documentation from the supplier and/or manufacturer regarding the delay of such material. Bidders unable to meet this schedule shall be excluded from selection, selection will move to next lowest bidder who can meet schedule requirements.
