Project Description: At the University of Hawaii at Manoa Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium, the purpose of this project is to restore proper field grade, surface uniformity, drainage performance, and player safety for a Division I NCAA regulation softball infield through professional laser-guided leveling and regrading.

Special Instructions
Vendor must be vendor compliant on the Hawaii Compliance Express website. Vendor must provide a valid certificate of insurance in accordance with University of Hawaii requirements prior to issuing of Purchase Order.
