Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the following as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications: Remove and dispose of existing exterior wood decking, guardrails, handrails, and related items. Provide new composite decking, guardrails, handrails, exterior painting, and related mechanical and electrical work as shown on the drawings.
