Project Description: The project shall generally consist of, but is not limited to, selective demolition; cast-in-place concrete; concrete masonry units; cold-formed metal framing; wood treatment; rough and finish carpentry; cabinets; solid surface countertops; building insulation; drainable cement board stucco system; firestopping; flashing and sheetmetal; sealants; steel door frames; wood doors; aluminum storefront framing and doors; finish hardware; glazing; gypsum board assemblies; suspended acoustical ceiling; rubber flooring; painting; cubicle curtains and track\' patient bed service walls; impact resistant wall protection; identifying devices; fire alarm system; HVAC; plumbing; electrical work; and all appurtenances required to complete the work.
