40’ x 8’ x 8’ Container with a roll-up door on one end to be delivered to Waimanalo Research Station 41-698 Ahiki St. Waimanalo, HI 96795 inclusive of shipping & delivery, taxes & related fees

Special Instructions
1. Total price must include ALL applicable shipping, handling, deliveries, freight, and taxes.

2. Subject to prior approval if making substitutes. We reserve the right to determine equivalency.

3. The vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before the purchase order is issued.

(a) Certificate of Insurance
(b) Certificate of Vendor Compliance
(c) Signed SuperQuote Award Notice

4. It is the responsibility of all bidders to review the attachments to this Request for Quotation. Submission of a bid confirms a bidder has carefully examined these documents and agrees to the University of Hawaii\'s Terms & Conditions

5. Must attach a picture of the item being bid on.

6. Item must come with an instruction manual. (If you have an installation team, please list this price on a separate line.)

7. Under HRS 103D-310 (c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express. To register with Hawaii Compliance Express, go to https://vendor.ehawaii.gov/hce/login.html.

8. Used / refurbished containers are good as long as it\'s in great condition. Please add roof coating to protect the container from corrosion.

One container to be delivered to the Urban Garden Center 955 Kamehameha Hwy Pearl City, HI 96782 and one container to be delivered to the Waimanalo Research Station 41-698 Ahiki St. Waimanalo, HI 96795.
