Project Description: The scope of work would be for various Willscot trailers, with each potentially varying model and size. The general dimensions are: 56ft x 12ft x 9ft (LxWxH), not including the tow hitch. This would be on an as needed basis, via an issued Work Order (one per trailer), with total quantity of Work Orders not to exceed eight (8) in the duration of this contract.
Upon issuance of a Work Order:
1) Contractor shall inspect if trailer is roadworthy for transportation and inform the assigned project manager.
1a) If the trailer is not roadworthy, Contractor shall provide a list of violations to the assigned project manager.
2) Contractor shall shut off and disconnect all utilities on-site, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, etc.
3) Contractor shall removal all attached steps, decking, and any other structural components that may inhibit the safety and regulatory compliant transport of the mobile office trailers.
3a) The contractor will only be responsible for steps, decking, and structural components that were provided with the trailer for the specific trailer by the same original manufacturer.
4) Contractor shall install hitch, if necessary, to the chassis of the mobile office trailer.
5) Contractor shall disconnect any anchor tie downs for mobile office trailers.
6) Contractor shall jack up and unblock the mobile office trailer.
7) Contractor shall hook up the trailer to an appropriate and capable vehicle and transport it to the location specified on the Work Order issued for that trailer.
8) Contractor shall meet an authorized representative on-site at the delivery location and ser the mobile officer trailer at the location specified by the authorized representative on-site. It will be the Contractors responsibility to ensure all local codes and regulations are complied with.
9) Contractor shall park, block, and level the mobile office trailer at the designated location as specified by the on-site authorized representative.
10) Contractor shall install any anchor tie downs for the mobile officer trailer.
11) Contractor shall hook up all applicable and desired utilities into the mobile office trailer at the delivered location.
11a) Contractor will not be responsible for hook up of any utilities that are not already present and available to connect.
12) Contractor shall re-install all attached steps, decking, and any other structural components that were previously attached to that trailer.
13) Contractor shall inspect final mobile office trailer set-up and test to ensure functionality has been restored. If by chance it is not, the contractor shall inform the assigned project manager and take action to rectify the issue(s).
Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any permits required for the delivery of the trailer units to the specified location at no additional cost to the State.
Contractor shall be responsible for the exterior outfitting, quality assurance, public safety, transport and delivery of the trailer to the specified location on the issued Work Order.
The Contractors line item bid price shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, overhead, insurance, taxes, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the scope of work for that line item.
Note: Not all items listed in this scope may be required for all issued Work Orders, they shall only apply as required or requested per trailer. The line-item bids should include the price with the assumption that all items in the scope will be required for each mobile office trailer.
