Project Description: The work shall generally consist of repair work according to specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to, demolish and replace ceramic tile that have separated from the wall, repair cracks in grout and spalling concrete, and replace and/or repair windows and making them operational windows in the per the table, replace an exterior light and make it operational, and other incidental work required.
