Project Description: The work shall generally consist of mold remediation according to specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to removing drywall from a 1-sided wall and replacing with a double-sided drywall wall, protecting existing furniture and artifacts, painting, and testing for move-in clearance and other incidental work required.
