General Comments
Bidder must bid on all line items to be considered. Unit cost shall include all applicable charges, including shipping and tax.

DELIVERY SHALL BE MADE TO DELIVERY POINT INDICATED IN THE SOLICITATION ON OR BEFORE January 22, 2026.

Bidders shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, taxes, shipping/handling, delivery, and any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted.

Award shall be made to lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Award of all and/or part of this bid is subject to the availability of funds. The State of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel this RFQ and/or reject any or all offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Hawaii.
