Project Description: The disposal of all derelict vehicles and equipment for the Department of Transportation, Highways Division (HDOT-HWY) on the Island of Hawaii, located at the North Kona base yard, 73-4740 Mamalahoa Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The equipment is beyond repair and cannot be placed on the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) resale list.
