Project Description: The disposal of all derelict vehicles and equipment for the Department of Transportation, Highways Division (HDOT-HWY) on the Island of Hawaii, located at the Hilo base yard, 50 Makaala Street. The equipment is beyond repair and cannot be placed on the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) resale list.
