Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to furnish and
replace parts for AHU-A at College Hall C building for the University of Hawaii at
Hilo, as called for on the plans and technical specifications.

specifications, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the site. To schedule a

Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to the Technical Representative, Ken Kaleiwahea, University of Hawaii at Hilo,
at kjakalei@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on November 2, 2026.
