Special Instructions
Provide two months of rental for backhoe for the University of Hawai\'i at Manoa.

Substitution requests shall be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 10/29/2026.
Price shall include all applicable taxes.
Vendor must provide proof of current and valid HCE (Hawaii Compliance Express) certificate.

Payment will be via University Purchase Order. All Purchase Order terms and conditions will apply to this order. Copy is attached for your reference.
