Project Description:
(Qty 1) Fortress 12kW Envy Duo 21 Hybrid (or approved substitute).
(Qty 3) Pytes V16 LFP Energy Storage Battery (or approved substitute) with a 10 year warranty which includes a replacement turnaround within 5 business days.
(Qty 12) Hyundai Solar 640 watt solar panels (or approved substitute).
(Qty 12) 12 Panel Photovoltaic Racking Kit: (SUNEARTH SOLARSTRUT or approved substitute) Consisting of: (4) 27 foot Solarstrut Rails , 28 SS Hanger Bolts 3/8” x 8”, 8 PV End Clips, and 20 PV Midclips.
(Qty 1) Six string midnite combiner box with two 30 Amp 600 volt Din rail breakers (or approved substitute).
(Qty 1) All necessary mounting parts including, but not limited to, 60 ft PV wire, 100 ft 1-inch PVC conduit, sealant, etc.
Must include detailed information showing all parts included.

Special Instructions
This request is for the listed materials and supplies only. Service/installation is not needed and should not be included in the price. The total price must include all applicable fees for taxes, warranty, handling, shipping, and delivery to FOB destination.

Award is subject to availability of funding. Quotes must be valid for at least 60 days. Target delivery date is no later than November 6, 2026.

All bids are subject to RCUH General Terms and Conditions (attachment 31) and Terms and Conditions Applicable to Contracts and Purchase Orders (Under Federal Grants) attachment 32a). The Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters (attachment 22) is applicable to purchases $25,000 and above under federal grants.

Bids are subject to HRS Section 103-53 which requires a tax clearance from the Hawaii Department of Taxation and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
