Project Description: This project includes preparation and installation of BMPs, processing of on-site materials to meet project structural fill specifications, loading transport and placement of processed structural fill, supply and installation of soil cap material, and supply and installation of 12 moisture meters and data loggers for Central Maui Landfill Phase VII Part 1.
