Project Description:
2 Furnish and deliver indoor LED Video Display Cabinets, including receiving cards, power supplies, mounting components, and processing and control equipment, WHITEBOX LED, Model No. IFD-640-P2.5, or approved substitution per the attached RFQ and Technical Specifications.

The quotation shall include all freight, transportation and delivery charges to F.O.B. destination, insurance premiums, warranty costs, administrative support costs, expediting fees, and all applicable fees and taxes.

2. The Vendor must be HCE compliant. See attached RFQ and Technical Specifications for detailed instructions.

3. Proposed substitutions shall be approved in advance. All request for substitutions shall be submitted via email to the Technical Representative no later than Monday, October 26, 2026. See attached RFQ and Technical Specifications for detailed instructions.
