Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to award to a Contractor work that shall consist of paying for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to demolish and remove all in-water debris, damaged piers, vessels, and other miscellaneous debris at Port Allen Small Boat Harbor, Eleele, Kauai caused by Hurricane Lowell as required or called for in this Proposal, Scope of Work and Specifications and Plans.
