Project Description:
Installation of six (6) Spiideo camera units (provided by UH Athletics) at the Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium.
1. Mounting all 6 cameras at the locations shown in the attached photo.
2. Running power and network cabling to each camera as needed.
3. Installing and securing all mounts and hardware according to manufacturer and Spiideo specifications.
4. Testing each camera to confirm power and network connectivity.
5. Clean up and removal of all debris from the work area and campus.
Vendor must provide their own lift and any equipment needed for work at height.

Special Instructions
Vendor must be vendor compliant with the State of Hawaii DAGS Vendor Compliance website.

Vendor must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance in accordance with current University of Hawaii requirements.

Vendor will work with UH Athletics for scheduling and all other logistics.

Installation must be complete by December 15, 2026.
