Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and apparatus to implement the Three-Month Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) to the installed heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment for the Department of Defense (DoD), Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG), complete as specified herein, located at various installations in the Island of Oahu.
