Project Description:
For three (3) tennis courts at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Tennis Complex:
1. Pressure washing and cleaning the courts
2. Repairing cracks, blisters, low spots, and any other damaged areas
3. Fixing areas where water sits on the court
4. Resurfacing and color coating to match our current courts (we’ll confirm colors)
5. Painting new lines to USTA, ITF, and NCAA standards
6. Removing and reinstalling nets and net posts as needed, and replacing any damaged hardware
7. Cleaning up and hauling away all debris

Special Instructions
Vendor must be vendor compliant with the State of Hawaii DAGS Vendor Compliance website.
Vendor must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance in accordance with current University of Hawaii requirements.
Vendor will work with UH Athletics for scheduling and all other logistics.
Courts must be completed by Friday, December 4, 2026.
