150 Compact Coreless 2-Ply Toilet Paper is specifically designed to increase capacity. Compact allows you to convert existing dispensers with the use of specially designed dispenser spindles. (36 roll to a case x I 50 case equal to 5,400 roll or approved equivalent.

200 Pacific Blue Ultra 8” High-Capacity Recycled Paper Towel Rolls by GP PRO (Georgia­ Pacific), White, 26490, 1,150 Linear Feet Per Roll, 6 Rolls Per Case x 100 case equal to 600 roll or approved equivalent.

Special Instructions
Products must meet all specifications within the description and be compatible with the existing dispensers. It is vendor’s responsibility to deliver physical samples and product specification sheets for any substitutions to the buyer for comparison by 12:30 PM HST on 10/19/2026. No substitutions will be allowed after this date/time. Deliver samples and specifications directly to Alyson Koki & Ty Valdez at Honolulu Community College Building 8818 along with a statement of variances. Please email alyskoki@hawaii.edu and tyvaldez@hawaii.edu to schedule an appointment for delivery.The University reserve the right to determine equivalency and shall respond to all substitution requests by 12:00 PM HST on 10/20/2026.

Must bid on all items and no partial bid. Price must include all taxes, fees, and shipping. The University reserves the right to adjust quantities to meet budgetary requirements.

Vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before the purchase order is issued. Note: Do not purchase any materials until approved purchase order is provided.

(1)Hawaii Compliance Express Certificate of Vendor Compliance. Please note that the University of Hawaii must verify vendor compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the state, regardless of the method of payments used. The “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” is required of all vendors including those based outside of the State of Hawaii. The Hawaii Compliance Express online service will monitor the status of IRS and Hawaii Department of Taxation compliance. You may register on their website for an annual fee. Certificate will be issued in 10 business days for completion of registration.

(2)Certificate of Insurance. UH Executive Policy EP 8.200 Appendix 2 and a sample COI are attached.

(3)Signed Superquote Award Notice If quote is $2500.00 or more.

Vendor will be required to hold items for no longer than 1 year as the University will order on a as needed basis. No more than 6 deliveries shall be scheduled by the University. Additional costs for multiple deliveries and storage shall be inclusive in the bid.

Delivery of items shall be the by the next business day by 1:30 PM HST once an order is placed. The initial order may be placed one week after the issuance of the PO.

Toilet Paper dispenser currently being used on campus is Compact 2-Roll Side-by-Side Coreless High Capacity Toilet Paper Dispenser by GP PRO {Georgia-Pacific), Black, 56784A, Hand towel dispenser currently being used on campus is Pacific Blue Ultra 8” High-Capacity Automated Touch less Paper Towel Dispenser by GP PRO model #59590. Product must be compatible.
