New (2026) ¾ ton pick up truck with the following specification:

Minimum 10,000 lbs. towing capacity (mandatory)
Crew cab with 4-doors (mandatory)
5 person minimum capacity (6 person capacity preferred)
Standard truck bed (minimum length of 82.25”)
Automatic Transmission (mandatory)
Vehicle color – WHITE (mandatory)
OEM Black Assist side step / running boards
Roll N Lock hard locking bed cover
Plain black Wet Okole seat covers – please check with Jason Jones, DSO for other brands used
Locally installed aftermarket Undercoat and Rust Proofing
Locally installed aftermarket spray in bedliner
Number of keys: 2 (mandatory)

Special Instructions
Bid price should include tax, freight, handling, shipping to Oahu.
Do not include vehicle registration, license plates and decals in your total bid costs.
Bid must remain valid for 60 days. Vehicle must be delivered by December 4, 2026

Email communication is preferred. Award of bid is contingent on receiving approval from University of Hawaii Fleet Services and EHSO/OVPRS Administration.
To be eligible for award, vendor must be compliant with Internal Revenue Service, State Department of Labor, State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation prior to quote submission deadline. The Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), Certificate of Vendor compliance will be utilized to confirm vendors compliance with all agencies.
