Project Description: This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program in collaboration with the Lead State of North Carolina for a new Solid Waste Collection, Recycling, and Disposal portfolio. The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from qualified suppliers to inform the scope, category structure, regional approach, and pricing considerations of a brand-new future multi-state cooperative solicitation.
