Project Description: The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new corner guards, finish cabinetry, countertop, firestopping, sealants, new fire rated hollow metal doors and associated door frame, door hardware, glazing, overhead coiling doors, gypsum board interior wall partitions, and ceiling soffits, resilient tile flooring, interior painting, added fire extinguishers, addressable fire alarm, adjustments to the existing air-conditioning register locations w/ register replacement, electrical and data work for new and relocated outlets/receptacles, access controlled card readers, security cameras and new lighting throughout.
