Installation is required. Partial bids will not be accepted.

Labor rates shall comply with HRS, Chapter 104, Exhibit 7.

Do not bid unless able to meet all Required and Preferred Qualifications listed in the specifications and provisions set forth in the attachments. Non-conforming bidders will be rejected. The University reserves the right to disqualify any potential bidder if, in its discretion, The University determines that the bidder does not have the requisite experience or expertise to provide the required services. An acceptable bid must conform in all material aspects to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Any of the following may be grounds for disqualification:
1. Taking exception to any of the specifications, terms, or conditions contained in the RFQ.
2. Placing condition on the furnishing of solicited goods or services.
3. Inclusion of a quotation or order form containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.
4. Referencing external documents containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.

If bid exceeds $2500.00, vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of 1003D-310(c) HRS by presenting a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (Hawaii Compliance Express https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/)
