Project Description: The scope of work consists of converting the existing intersection into a single-lane roundabout (central island, truck apron, circular path and splitter islands); roadway stabilization; pavement reconstruction; landscaping improvements; electrical conduits and highway lighting; drainage improvements; installing Americans with Disabilities Act compliant sidewalks, curb ramps, and roadway crossings; installing chain link fences; installing signage and pavement marking; work zone traffic control and/or detour roads; and adjusting and relocation of various utilities, as necessary.
