Project Description:
The Contractor shall, in a proper and satisfactory manner, provide complete maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to the Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems for the Judiciary, Second Circuit (Hoapili Hale) in accordance to the Specifications, the Special Provisions, and the General Conditions attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.

REFER TO THE ATTACHED IFB J27219 SPECIFICATIONS AND IFB J27219 EQUIPMENT LIST SERVICE SCHEDULE FOR MORE DETAILS.

General Comments
Offerors must provide documentation of qualifications listed in the attached Scope and Specifications document. Offerors shall submit their Total Offer Price THROUGH THE HIePRO SYSTEM, and attach and scan Section 4, Offer Qualification Form, Wage Certificate and other required documents as specified in this solicitation, all no later than the time and due date indicated on HIePRO.

The time of performance for this contract will be for a base period of January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027. There will be three option periods available (1) January 1, 2028 – December 31, 2028, (2) January 1, 2029 – December 31, 2029 and (3) January 1, 2030 – December 31, 2030 that will be negotiated prior to extensions and will be subject to the availability of funding.
