Project Description:
Furnish and deliver annual commercial decals for 2028 for the State of Hawaii, DLNR, DOBOR, Oahu, Hawaii. See attached DOBOR Commercial Decals 2028 Specifications.

General Comments
Decals shall be delivered to the State of Hawaii, DOBOR, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 on or before the contract end/delivery date. A proof will be required to be approved before printing and the notice to proceed is granted at no additional cost. Package in groups of 100 decals. The packaged decals should be visible so the serial number and type of decal is visible.
