Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to remove existing compressors (2 total) and replace with new compressors and necessary parts for Chiller #1 and Chiller #2 at the Science & Technology Building, University of Hawaii at Hilo, as called for on Request for Quotation No. 120540 and the Technical Specifications.

Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in the Technical Specifications, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the job site walk-through at 8:00 a.m. (HST), Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at the Science & Technology Building, Mechanical Enclosure on Lanikaula Street, Hilo, Hawaii.
