UH Hilo Maintenance Facility (Former Hilo Army Reserve Barracks), 360 W. Lanikaula Street, Hilo HI 96720. UNIT PRICE MUST INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES.

14 Each. Disposal Landfill Fees (Estimated at 6 tons/load).
UNIT PRICE MUST INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES.

14 Each. Rubbish hauling charge to West Hawai‘i Landfill.
UNIT PRICE MUST INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES.

70 Daily. Bin rental charges, per calendar day a bin is on site.
UNIT PRICE MUST INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES.

Special Instructions
The University of Hawai\\\'i at Hilo is seeking up to fourteen (14) 30-cubic-yard Construction Roll-Off Bins, including rental, hauling, and disposal service, delivered and picked up sequentially, with one bin on site at a time, at the following location:

Address: 360 W. Lanikaula Street, Hilo HI 96720

First Delivery: Within seven (7) calendar days after issuance of the approved University purchase order.

Service Period: Seventy (70) calendar days, beginning the day the first bin is placed on site. Service ends upon pickup of the fourteenth (14th) bin or on Day 70, whichever comes first.

The University will be billed only for bins delivered, loads hauled and disposed of, and days a bin is on site. Bin rental will not be charged for any day after a bin\\\'s scheduled pickup date. Quotations must be submitted at the quantities shown.

ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES MUST BE INCLUDED IN EACH UNIT PRICE. DO NOT ENTER THEM SEPARATELY BELOW THE SUBTOTAL.

Bidding vendors must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of 103D-310(c) HRS by presenting a certificate of vendor compliance obtained via the Hawaii Compliance Express Website. Vendor’s current status MUST be listed as “COMPLIANT” by the closing date of the bid and through issuance of the purchase order.
