Project Description: The project consists of providing a complete new addressable, programmable fire alarm system including all wiring, raceways, boxes, control equipment, initiating devices, notification appliances, and accessories. Contractor shall hire a third-party Industrial Hygienist (IH) to provide air monitoring, sampling and testing for disturbance of lead paint. Paint all new surfaces. Repair, refinish and paint all damaged surfaces, and miscellaneous related work.
