Project Description: The scope of work consists of decommissioning of an existing cesspool and installation of new Individual Wastewater System (IWS) at the CTAHR Haleakala Research Station in Makawao, Maui. Scope of work includes selective demolition, cesspool closure in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, soil sampling to assess containments in site soils, earthwork, septic system installation (septic tank and leach field chambers), plumbing, and miscellaneous related work.
