Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to remove and replace a water cooler with bottle filler. Work shall include removal of the existing bi-level water cooler, modification of the piping, framing, drywall patching & painting, and installation of the new water cooler and bottle filler. Install a new GFCI duplex receptacle, and test for operation and leaks. The water cooler and bottle filler shall include stainless steel construction, push button operation, chilling capacity of 8-gallons per hour, bottle counter, wall mounted, ADA compliant, and a 5-year warranty on the refrigeration system. All plumbing and electrical work shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
Labor; provide hours x labor rate.
