Project Description: Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Material Processing and Recycling Equipment, construed to consist of stationary and mobile equipment, products, and related services designed for the principal purposes of recycling, recovering, processing, reducing, separating, screening, sorting, or repurposing organic waste (not food-related), wood waste, green waste, construction and demolition waste or debris, biomass, compost, mulch, rubber tires, and other similar recyclable or recoverable materials.
