Project Description: The completed Work will provide Owner with various site improvements at two waste transfer stations including, but not limited to, earthworks (including grading, fill, backfill, and excavation), asphalt pavement, concrete pad and tipping floor areas for disposal operations, drop-off areas with roll-off and recycling bins, retaining walls, containment curbs and berms, truck wash areas, storage and queuing areas, pre-engineered metal canopies (PEMCs) for covering industrial operations at the facilities, stormwater management system and conveyance infrastructure incorporating low-impact development (LID) features, water supply lines, leachate-collection and storage facilities, septic system and storage areas, power for lighting and security features, and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures.
