Project Description: Work includes repairs to the exterior and interior of the Historic Wailuku Courthouse. Repair and refurbishment of all elements to the greatest extent possible. Also included are new guardrails, coatings, membrane roofing, interior finishes and furniture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
